Clinical Therapies Team

Dr Laura Henagulph DClinPsy MA (Oxon) BSc
Supervising Clinical Psychologist and Executive Director
Dr Laura’s clinical qualifications and training are those of a UK-trained Chartered Clinical Psychologist. Many years before this she obtained a MA (Oxon) in English Literature at Oxford University and then worked as a journalist in Poland for a number of years. Following a further decade in France, and volunteering for the Red Cross, she decided to enter clinical psychology training as a mature student in the Salomons Institute for Applied Psychology training program at Canterbury Christ Church University (CCCU).
With several years of experience of Adult and Forensic Mental health, she has a keen sense of the drivers, consequences and management of intense emotions and abnormal behaviour. She also found herself a Bermudian husband while working at a low secure forensic unit near Finsbury Park, London (he was a junior doctor at the time and not a patient!)
Dr Laura is the founder and current Executive Director (CEO) for Seaglass Clinical Consulting. She has specialist interest and past experience in helping, via experiential therapies, children and adolescents with complex trauma histories; for adults, her core approach is Mentalisation Based Therapy (MBT) for which she has had training by Peter Fonagy himself. Dr Laura has more recently trained in ‘cMBT’ through the Anna Freud center - this is MBT that has been adapted for children and adolescents and their family systems.
When not running a household, a multiple employee business and her private client therapy list, Dr Laura spends much of her time working with colleagues in animal-assisted therapy and most recently ‘Horse Powered Reading.’

Dr Seb Henagulph MB BCh BAO MA MRCPsych
Consultant Psychiatrist and Clinical Director
Dr Seb is a Bermudian consultant psychiatrist with over 30 years of medical practice, 20 of these in psychiatry. His higher psychiatric training (Specialist Registrar) was in Forensic Psychiatry which involved mental health assessments and risk management formulations in police stations, courts, prisons and secure forensic hospitals. The typical patient had a laundry list of conditions (psychosis, substance misuse, trauma, social exclusion, poverty) and often required supra-normal doses and combinations of psychiatric medications. Needless to say he feels comfortable with clinical complexity.
Between finishing Medical School in Dublin, Ireland and beginning his UK psychiatric training, at the turn of the millennium (1999) Dr Seb decided to travel to San Francisco for more academic study. He subsequently obtained a Masters (MA) in Philosophy & Religion, as part of the challenging Philosophy, Cosmology & Consciousness program, from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) in San Francisco. Specific areas of study from this time which still impact his practice today include Tarnas’ Archetypal Astrology combined with Grof’s Holotropic Theory, Wilber’s ‘Theory of Everything' and Tibetan/Mahayana Buddhist (particularly Dzogchen) philosophies of mind.
This wide-ranging background has helped him develop a particularly deep skill set for accurately (re-)diagnosing individuals and (re-)formulating treatment plans that address the full spectrum of bio-psycho-social-spiritual aspects of poor health.
Dr Seb’s most recent special interest he is developing is in non-invasive interventional psychiatry. This mainly involves administration of appropriate psychopharmacological compounds (neuroplastogens), the effects of which appear to enhance the positive impact of both electromagnetic stimulation therapies (TMS, tDCS) as well as (or in addition to) the more formal psychotherapies.
In 2022 Dr Seb completed the Certificate in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies & Research through CIIS which further consolidated his 30 years of interest and study in this fascinating area. Due to local legal restrictions most of the substances used are not available for prescription at this time. Due to these legal restrictions Dr Seb is happy to discuss the risks and benefits of the various approaches and locations, but is unable to recommend any particular substance or location.

Dileri Sadhana
Somatic Bodywork Therapist
We are blessed to have the services of Dileri. She is a Somatic Bodywork Therapist who first embarked on her journey over a decade ago, learning and teaching Pilates and Yoga as forms of movement medicine. Her subsequent travels through India, Asia and Europe have fueled her passion for studying Tantra, Energy Healing, Active Meditation, Ayurvedic Massage, Inner Dance and Myofascial Release. She is currently studying to become a Love, Sex & Relationship Coach.
Dileri is committed to guiding individuals toward a life free from pain, encouraging them to connect with their bodies, release old patterns that are no longer needed, and embrace new beginnings. Anyone who has worked with her can tell you that she seems to have a deeply intuitive understanding (‘a sixth sense’) of other people's energetic or body tensions and is able to hone in on the main issues that need to be addressed very quickly.
For Seaglass she mainly provides non-contact myofascial release sessions but also works closely with our LCSW, Sarah, to gently and non-verbally guide trauma survivors though to a place of relaxation and peace.
